It is called a ......   windshield wiper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There should be a button or knob on your dashboard to actuate this.</description>

			<description>Yeah, I had problems with one.  I replaced that batteries and that didn't work.  I took it back and exchanged it.  New one works.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also, you may want to turn it off for a couple of days and keep it in the light.  That is supposed to really charge that batteries.</description>
