WOO HOO!!!

I know a few of us have been waiting for this one to be released for a long, long time.

Originally supposed to be released in 2004 but cancelled and no real reason was given. But hopefully now Disney will deliver.

It will be a 2-disc set delivered in a Limited Edition collectible tin package. It will include an introduction by Leonard Maltin, and a collectible lithograph in the packaging. The release inlcudes the original 3-part Disneyland version of “The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh” from 1963, and also the theatrical version (the three episodes edited together) released in England about six years afterward under the name Dr. Syn, Alias The Scarecrow.

I remember seeing this almost every October as a kid on the Wonderful World of Disney.

FINALLY!!! Oooo I haven’t been this excited since LOTR!
