And our squirrels are fat. I mean FAT (well, some of them are probably pregnant as well, they seem to multiple exponentially). Despite being so wellfed by Mama Nature, the local squirrels are just as crazed as the ones you report. Birdfeeders are no obstacle at all, plus they knock over trash cans and regularly dumpster-dive around here.
